David is co-founder of Pantarai and leads the firm’s overall strategy. Previously, David was in charge of global business development for loan platforms at S&P Global Market Intelligence, a role he also held at fintech provider IHS Markit and its predecessor Markit, where he brought transformational change to the EMEA market through the adoption of technology. David has spent 30 years in investment banking operations and recently served as advisory board member to Ilex, a next-gen platform for loan syndication, trading and private markets, and as a consultant to other Fintech boards. While at IHS Markit, David also consulted with the European Commission on Non-Performing Loans liquidity.

Sandra is co-founder of Pantarai and her primary focus is relationship management and closing. Previously, Sandra was the Head of Closing at Centerbridge, Head of EMEA and US Distressed Loan Closing at JPMorgan and Primary and Secondary Loan Closing Manager at Credit Agricole. She was also Head of The Americas for third-party agent and trustee GLAS. She has spent three decades closing par and distressed syndicated loans, agency transactions, restructurings and private credit and equity deals. Sandra has deep skills and relationships across the loan industry. Earlier in her career, Sandra co-founded Tracer Technologies, a software development company.

Patricia is co-founder of Pantarai and her primary focus is business development, partnerships and alliances. In her most recent role, Patricia was global head of loan platforms at S&P Global Market Intelligence and held various roles at fintech provider IHS Markit and its predecessor Markit, where together with her team she drove the flow of loan solutions in the market. She spent over a decade in operations at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, where she covered the distressed loan trading desk, oversaw the firm’s day-to-day relationships with loan trading law firms, and assessed emerging vendors in the loan ecosystem.
