David is co-founder of Pantarai and leads the firm’s overall strategy. Previously, David was in charge of global business development for loan platforms at S&P Global Market Intelligence, a role he also held at fintech provider IHS Markit and its predecessor Markit, where he brought transformational change to the EMEA market through the adoption of technology. David has spent 30 years in investment banking operations and recently served as advisory board member to Ilex, a next-gen platform for loan syndication, trading and private markets, and as a consultant to other Fintech boards. While at IHS Markit, David also consulted with the European Commission on Non-Performing Loans liquidity.

Patricia is co-founder of Pantarai and she focuses on the integration of the firm’s strategy, business, and operations. In her most recent role, Patricia was global head of loan platforms at S&P Global Market Intelligence and held various roles at fintech provider IHS Markit and its predecessor Markit, the preeminent global provider of data and automation for corporate loans. She spent over a decade in operations at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, where she covered the distressed loan trading desk across the US and EMEA, hired and managed the firm’s loan trading law firms, and assessed emerging solutions in the loan ecosystem.

Bill is Partner | US Head and is responsible for all US loan closings and team leadership. Prior to joining Pantarai, Bill worked at Oaktree Capital Management for 17 years, where he was Head of Bank Loan Settlements. Bill also served as Head of Operations for Imperial Capital LLC and held roles at various financial institutions in Boston and Los Angeles. Bill is an expert in distressed and par trades, an advocate for change in Bank Loan operations, and an active and vocal leader in industry events, working groups and forums.

Paul is Partner | EMEA Head and is responsible for all EMEA loan closings and team leadership. For two years prior to joining Pantarai, Paul was Director of Loan Operations at the Loan Market Association, leading the EMEA market’s drive for greater efficiency, transparency, and liquidity in operations. Paul has managed trade settlement and operations teams at firms such as Prudential Financial and Citibank for over two decades, and his experience spans the asset class from CLOs to distressed and special situations across multiple jurisdictions.
